Loved the spacious family room and the breakfast spread was solid—great coffee (though could be better! ). Only drawback was some noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, a really enjoyable stay!

centrale exceeded my expectations during my stay. it's conveniently located near lake como and various restaurants, which was perfect for my day tour. the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Centrale provided an excellent stay with a spacious Deluxe Double room, offering a large bathroom for comfort. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide variety of delicious options. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the lake, and parking facilities are safe and ample, accommodating larger vehicles. The reception staff displayed professionalism and were very helpful throughout our visit.

The kitchen area in the suite lacked necessary utensils for cooking.

Centrally located, the hotel made exploring nearby restaurants and the beautiful lake a breeze. Enjoyed great breakfasts with ample choices in a bright dining area. The spacious family room was perfect for our needs, along with good wifi and a helpful staff. However, noise from neighboring rooms could be disruptive at times, and the elevator access might be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.
